The Brazilian Credit Guarantee Fund (FGC) is a private entity that serves as a protection mechanism for depositors and investors in financial institutions.

When a bank or financial institution associated with the FGC is subject to intervention or liquidation by the Central Bank of Brazil, depositors and investors are entitled to the guarantee provided, up to the limits of the regulation.

The FGC App allows for the guarantee payment to be made online and securely, with features such as:

• Collecting information with identity validation through SMS and email confirmation.
• Validating documents and information to provide details only to registered users, thus preserving data confidentiality.
• Submitting a payment request for the guarantee entirely online, eliminating the need to visit a bank branch with copies of documents.
• Tracking all stages of the process through the app until the guarantee payment is completed.
